Masterminds Performance, a family-owned and operated automotive repair and customization shop, is seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. We take pride in providing top-quality service and craftsmanship to our community, and we're looking for a skilled professional who shares our passion for excellence. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Fabricate and weld custom metal components for vehicle modifications and repairs 
• Measure, cut, and shape metal materials according to project specifications 
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools 
• Collaborate with the repair and customization team to deliver custom projects 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards 

What We're Looking For 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding 
• Own set of tools 
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship 

What We Offer 

• Competitive Pay: $45,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience 
• Paid Time Off 
• On-the-Job Training to help you grow your skills 
• Steady Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
