Masterminds Performance, a family-owned and operated automotive repair and customization shop, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. We take pride in providing top-quality service and craftsmanship to our community, and we're looking for a customer-focused professional who shares our passion for excellence. 

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the repair team 
• Accurately assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services 
• Provide detailed estimates and explain repair options to customers 
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians 
• Maintain open communication with customers throughout the repair process 
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service 

What We're Looking For 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive service advising 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• Knowledge of automotive repairs and services 
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills 

What We Offer 

• Competitive Pay: $45,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience 
• Paid Time Off 
• On-the-Job Training to help you grow your skills 
• Steady Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
