Masterminds Performance, a family-owned and operated automotive repair and customization shop, is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. We take pride in providing top-quality service and craftsmanship to our community, and we're looking for a detail-oriented professional who shares our passion for excellence. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repairs 
• Sand, prime, and prepare surfaces for painting 
• Align and fit body panels to ensure proper fit 
• Collaborate with the repair team to complete jobs efficiently 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards 

What We're Looking For 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in auto body repair 
• Own set of tools 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Knowledge of auto body repair techniques and materials 
• Commitment to delivering high-quality repairs 

What We Offer 

• Competitive Pay: $45,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience 
• Paid Time Off 
• On-the-Job Training to help you grow your skills 
• Steady Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
