Masterminds Performance, a family-owned and operated automotive repair and customization shop, is seeking an experienced General Repair Technician to join our growing team. We take pride in providing top-quality service and craftsmanship to our community, and we're looking for a skilled technician who shares our passion for excellence. 

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical components 
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations 
• Collaborate with the team to deliver efficient, high-quality repairs 
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace 
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines 

What We're Looking For 

• Minimum 4 years of automotive repair experience 
• Own set of tools 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
• Commitment to delivering high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction

What We Offer 

• Competitive Pay: $45,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience 
• Paid Time Off 
• On-the-Job Training to help you grow your skills 
• Steady Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
